Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RockHoops Collectibles storefront and purchases made through it. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our posted policies.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the storefront or place an order. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy, which may address specific parts of your experience in more detail.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law to place an order. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms and complete the purchase on your behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, current, and authorized for use, including your contact, shipping, and payment details.
Listings and Availability
We work to describe products, photographs, grades, conditions, quantities, and prices carefully. Even so, listings can contain an error, an omission, or a detail that changes as inventory is reviewed. Product images are illustrative unless a listing clearly identifies the exact item pictured.
Collectibles, sealed products, and limited releases can sell out quickly. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it, and availability is not guaranteed until we accept your order. We may limit quantities, update a listing, or remove a product without notice when appropriate.
Pricing and Payment
Prices, available shipping options, and applicable charges are presented through the platform-hosted checkout before you submit an order. Please review the complete order total carefully before completing your purchase.
Payment processing is handled through the checkout platform. We do not store your full payment card information in the RockHoops Collectibles storefront. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
An order confirmation or payment authorization does not by itself mean that RockHoops Collectibles has accepted your order. We accept an order when we process it for fulfillment, subject to inventory verification, payment review, and these terms.
We may decline, limit, or cancel an order when an item is unavailable, a listing or price appears to be incorrect, payment cannot be confirmed, fraud or misuse is suspected, or fulfillment is not practical. When a canceled order has been charged, we will work through the checkout platform to issue the appropriate refund. Contact us promptly if you need help with a cancellation request; we cannot promise a cancellation once processing has begun.
Sealed products and manufacturer variance
Factory-sealed trading card products can have normal manufacturer variation in shrink wrap, seals, packs, print quality, centering, collation, and contents. A sealed box, pack, case, or similar product is not a promise of any particular card, hit, pull rate, grade, or resale outcome.
Minor shelf wear, wrapping variation, or packaging differences that do not materially affect the product's sealed status may occur. We describe notable condition details when practical, but manufacturer variance is not treated as a defect by itself.
Shipping
Shipping, delivery estimates, tracking, address accuracy, and package-issue support are addressed in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to review that policy and provide a complete, deliverable shipping address.
Carrier timelines are estimates and can be affected by conditions outside our control. Title and risk for an order may pass as provided by applicable law and the selected shipping service; please contact us promptly if a shipment appears delayed, lost, or damaged.
Returns and Refunds
Return and refund eligibility is governed by our posted Return Policy and any product-specific terms shown in the listing or at checkout. Please review those terms before purchasing, particularly for sealed, limited, graded, or otherwise condition-sensitive collectibles.
We review return and refund requests based on the order details, product condition, and the applicable policy. Nothing in these terms expands a return or refund right beyond what is required by applicable law or stated in our posted policies.
Our content and brand
The RockHoops Collectibles name, logo, storefront design, photographs, copy, graphics, and other site content are owned by or used with permission by RockHoops Collectibles and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the storefront for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, sell, scrape, or otherwise use our content or brand materials without prior written permission, except where applicable law allows it.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the storefront to break the law, interfere with site operation, bypass security measures, submit false information, impersonate another person, manipulate inventory or pricing, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
We may restrict or end access, cancel affected orders, or take other reasonable steps when we believe these terms have been violated or the storefront is being misused.
Disclaimers and Limitations
The storefront and its content are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RockHoops Collectibles does not make warranties beyond those expressly stated in a product listing, at checkout, or in a posted policy. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RockHoops Collectibles is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the storefront or a purchase. Any limitation of liability will be applied only as far as the law allows and does not limit liability where a limitation is not permitted.
Florida Law and Changes
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law that applies to you requires otherwise. Any venue or dispute-resolution requirements will be applied only to the extent they are valid and permitted by applicable law.
We may update these terms as our storefront, policies, or operations change. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the storefront after a revised version is posted means you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
