Accessibility Statement
We are building a more accessible, collector-first storefront—because the pursuit of something special should be open to more people.

Designed for more collectors
RockHoops Collectibles is committed to making our storefront welcoming and usable for collectors with disabilities. Whether you are searching for a grail, reviewing product details, or placing an order, we want the experience to feel clear, considered, and dependable.
Accessibility is part of the standard we set for the collector experience. It is ongoing work, and we continue to learn, test, and improve as the store evolves.
How we support access
We aim to use meaningful page structure and clear headings so content is easier to understand and navigate with assistive technology. We also build interactive elements to be usable with a keyboard, including links, menus, and checkout related controls.
Our storefront is designed with readable color contrast, legible type, and responsive layouts that adapt across phones, tablets, and desktop screens. Where practical, we use descriptive text for images and controls to give important context beyond visuals alone.
An ongoing standard
No storefront is finished when it comes to accessibility. New products, platform updates, and evolving assistive technologies can create opportunities to do better. We do not claim certification or full conformance with any particular accessibility standard, but we take practical improvements seriously.
When we identify an issue, we will work to understand it and make reasonable improvements to the experience whenever we can.
Feedback and Accommodations
If something on RockHoops is difficult to access, or if you need help completing an action or obtaining information in another way, please contact us. Tell us what you were trying to do, the page or product involved, and the assistive technology or device you use if you are comfortable sharing it.
We will review your request and do our best to help you participate in the RockHoops collector experience.
